…. Alfa Romeo manage to build cars that look so good that buyers get all doh eyed and buy with their hearts?
I love Alfa’s, I have had 3x 156’s before my current one and loved all of them.
Then due to work had several German cars which were better built & more reliable but I still went back to a 159TI SW when I got the chance.
I now have a Brera 2.4SV which of course has flaws. The visibility is poor, the steering a bit understeer/oversteer when pushing it, its impractical, not that good on fuel and sounds like a tractor when cold, BUT in every way, I prefer it to my polished Mercedes Coupe and in fact any other ‘non-alfa’ car I have driven…
My Alfa (in fact, all my previous Alfas) have been the only car I look back at when parked. The only cars that feel like an occasion to drive and I shrug off the flaws as character and faults are part of the journey….
It’s bloody witchcraft…. 😂
