Giulia grinding noise

Hello, I have a 2022 alfa romeo giulia veloce, for over a year I have been hearing a grinding noise coming from the front of the car after the brakes have warmed up, the noise happens at the last stages of braking, just before the car stops.
I have had the disks and pads changed but has made no difference, I have taken it to three different mechanics including an alfa specialist but nobody can find anything wrong, no marks on the discs or any unusual sings of wear, the latest said it’s a rotational noise but was unable to locate the problem, I really like the car but this noise is taking all the fun out of driving it, I am hoping someone could suggest something or even had the same issue.
